Position Title: BOH (Back-of-House) & Housekeeping Supervisor

Summary:
The BOH & Housekeeping Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily housekeeping operations, back-of-house facility management, staff supervision, and inventory control to ensure high cleanliness standards and efficient resort operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise daily housekeeping operations, ensuring full coverage of guest rooms and public areas

  • Manage cleanliness and organization of back-of-house spaces, including laundry and storage areas

  • Schedule, train, and oversee housekeeping, laundry, and maintenance staff

  • Conduct inspections and enforce quality standards across all areas

  • Manage inventory, supplies, and vendor relationships (including 1099 cleaning teams)

  • Ensure compliance with safety, health, and operational protocols

  • Address guest concerns and operational issues promptly

  • Maintain records, reports, and performance tracking metrics

Qualifications:

  • Strong leadership and team management skills

  • Experience in housekeeping, hospitality, or facility operations preferred

  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
