About the Role:

The Kitchen role is essential in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of food preparation and service within a culinary environment. This position focuses on maintaining high standards of food quality, safety, and hygiene while supporting the kitchen team in daily tasks. The individual will contribute to the preparation of ingredients, cooking, plating, and cleaning to deliver an exceptional dining experience. Collaboration with chefs, kitchen staff, and management is key to meeting service demands and maintaining a productive workflow. Ultimately, this role plays a vital part in upholding the reputation and success of the food service establishment.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
  • Ability to follow instructions and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Physical ability to stand for extended periods and perform manual tasks.
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience working in a kitchen or food service environment.
  • Certification in food handling or culinary training.
