About the Role:

The Bartender plays a crucial role in delivering an exceptional guest experience by expertly preparing and serving beverages in a fast-paced environment. This position requires maintaining a clean and organized bar area while adhering to all safety and hygiene standards. The Bartender will engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring their needs are met promptly and courteously. They will also be responsible for managing inventory, handling cash transactions accurately, and supporting the overall operations of the establishment. Ultimately, the Bartender contributes to creating a welcoming atmosphere that encourages repeat business and positive reviews.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Bartender in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to perform repetitive motions and lift/carry heavy weights safely.
• Strong guest service skills with a professional and groomed appearance.
• Capability to stand for extended periods during shifts.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working in fine dining or upscale hospitality settings.
• Knowledge of a wide range of cocktails, spirits, and wine.
• Certification in responsible alcohol service (e.g., TIPS or equivalent).
• Basic cash handling and point-of-sale system experience.
• Ability to multitask effectively during high-volume service times.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standardized recipes and guest preferences.
• Provide attentive and personalized guest service, responding to inquiries and resolving any issues promptly.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and restocking supplies.
• Handle cash and credit transactions accurately, ensuring proper billing and adherence to company policies.
• Work collaboratively with team members to support smooth operations during busy periods and special events.
