As a Saloon Waitstaff member at Dolly Parton's Stampede Dinner Attraction, you will play a key role in offering refreshing beverages, light bites, and exceptional hospitality to our guests in a lively, family-friendly, and positive environment.
In this role, you will be responsible for taking orders, delivering beverages and food, assisting with saloon setup, and engaging with guests to ensure their pre-show experience is memorable. Whether you are serving up signature drinks to adults or sodas to young guests, you will directly contribute to the fun, warmth, and excitement families expect from their visit to Dolly Parton's Stampede.

Responsibilities
- Guest Service: Provide unsurpassed customer service by warmly greeting guests, engaging in positive interactions, and answering questions about the venue and show.
- Order Processing: Take accurate drink and food orders, make menu suggestions based on guest preferences, and process payments efficiently.
- Age Verification: Verify customers' ages in strict compliance with legal requirements before serving alcoholic beverages.
- Beverage & Snack Delivery: Promptly serve prepared beverages, cocktails, and saloon refreshments to guests' tables or seating areas.
- Saloon Maintenance: Assist with setting up, clearing, and cleaning tables, service stations, and seating areas to maintain a pristine environment.
- Policy Enforcement: Help enforce company policies regarding responsible alcohol consumption and guest safety.
Skills & Qualifications
- Age Requirement: Must be 18+ years of age with a valid driver's license.
- Regulatory Knowledge: Working knowledge of applicable state and local laws and regulations regarding the service of alcohol.
- Customer Service: Impeccable customer service skills, social perceptiveness, and a welcoming, high-energy attitude suited for a entertainment venue.
- Cash Handling & Accountability: Proven reliability and accuracy when processing payments and managing guest receipts.
- Communication: Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with bartenders, kitchen staff, and management.
- Teamwork & Efficiency: Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high safety and service standards.
