Closing Supervisor (Thursday-Monday)

Pay: From $18.50/hour

Job description:

Adventure Seekers is not your typical job — and this is not your typical supervisor role!

We are a high-energy, multi-attraction entertainment venue featuring:

• FlyRide® Flying Theater (our flagship experience)

• Arcade, interactive exhibits, AI games, and immersive rooms
• 20+ themed rooms under one roof

We are looking for a confident and outgoing Supervisor to run operations, lead staff, and deliver an unforgettable guest experience every single day!

 What You’ll Be Responsible For:

• Oversee daily operations across all attraction areas
• Lead, coach, and hold team members accountable
• Ensure a high-energy, positive guest experience at all times
• Manage guest issues professionally and decisively
• Monitor staffing levels, breaks, and efficiency
• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and presentation standards
• Support ticketing, retail, and attraction flow when needed
• Communicate with ownership and leadership on performance and issues

What We’re Looking For:

• 2+ years leadership or supervisory experience (required)
• Strong presence — confident, professional, and decisive
• Excellent communication and people skills
• Ability to stay calm and lead under pressure
• High standards for customer service and team performance
• Willingness to be hands-on (this is NOT a sit-back role)

• Experience in entertainment, hospitality, or attractions

• Experience with Group Sales, Marketing, or Social Media is a major PLUS!
