In this role, you'll help clients throughout the vacation planning process by providing guidance, coordinating important details, and ensuring travelers receive exceptional support before, during, and after their trips.

Responsibilities

Assist clients with vacation-related questions and travel planning requests
Explore destination options, resorts, cruises, tours, and activities based on client interests
Provide recommendations and information to help travelers make informed decisions
Support the coordination of reservations, itineraries, and travel arrangements
Communicate trip updates, confirmations, schedules, and important travel details
Help manage itinerary changes, travel adjustments, and special accommodations
Review travel information to help ensure reservations and documentation are accurate
Maintain organized client records and planning notes within company systems
Utilize company resources and supplier tools to support vacation planning activities
Participate in training programs, destination education, and ongoing professional development
