Join our dynamic team at Full Throttle Distillery and Smokehouse as a Dish Washer! In this vital role, you'll help maintain our high standards of cleanliness and efficiency, ensuring our kitchen runs smoothly while contributing to a fantastic dining experience.
Responsibilities:
- Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness of the dishwashing area and kitchen surfaces.
- Assist kitchen staff with food prep and organization as needed.
- Monitor inventory of cleaning supplies and report shortages.
- Adhere to health and safety regulations, ensuring a safe working environment.
- Support the team by helping with other cleaning tasks during downtime.
- Collaborate with staff to ensure timely service and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain a positive attitude and work well in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a kitchen or restaurant setting preferred.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
- Ability to lift heavy items and stand for long periods.
- Good communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
- Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
- Must be at least 18 years old.
