We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Culinary Summer Intern to join our Food & Beverage team. This internship provides hands-on experience in a high-volume, live-event culinary environment and exposure to multiple aspects of food service operations.

JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist Culinary Leadership with day-to-day kitchen operations and food preparation
  • Support food production for events, concessions, catering, and premium services
  • Learn and follow proper food safety, sanitation, and HACCP standards
  • Assist with inventory organization, labeling, and stock rotation
  • Observe and participate in event-day culinary execution and service flow
  • Collaborate with culinary and F&B team members to support operational needs
  • Attend pre-event meetings and assist with post-event breakdown and evaluation
  • Learn industry-specific kitchen equipment, tools, and operational procedures
  • Participate in training sessions to enhance culinary and hospitality skills
  • Provide general support to the Culinary and Food & Beverage teams as assigned
