Pay: $22-30/hr + bonus

Performance-based bonus $1500-7k / month + hourly rate

OT Rate: Time and a half for hours after 40 hours a week

Job Description

We’re seeking a Master-Level Automotive Technician to join our high-performing team. If you take pride in quality work, problem-solving, and continuous improvement, this is the opportunity for you.

Key Responsibilities

Review and interpret work orders in collaboration with service advisors
Conduct comprehensive vehicle inspections and diagnostics
Estimate time, labor, and parts needed for repairs and maintenance
Perform high-quality repair and maintenance work on all major automotive systems
Install parts, components, and systems as needed
Record inspection results, diagnostic findings, and repair recommendations clearly and accurately

Requirements

6–10 years of experience (ideally 6–10; considered at Master level with a minimum of 5 years)
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Expertise with Asian, domestic, and German vehicles
Deep knowledge of automotive systems and electronic diagnostics
Proficiency with shop equipment including alignment, diagnostic, and A/C tools
Hands‑on experience with Identifix diagnostics
Own tools
