Job Summary
The Senior Director of Digital Products and Services is responsible for the RAVE Digital Product Line organization. They will ensure the product line aligns with the company鈥檚 priorities, business-model, ROI and product deployment plans.
Duties and Responsibilities
路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Create, champion and maintain the vision, strategy and roadmap of Digital Services
路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Oversee the development and implementation of Digital Products such as Advertising, IPTV/Streaming Video Services, eCommerce/Digital Retail Solutions, and Analytics
路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Create busines models that drive ancillary revenue from selling Digital Services, allowing for revenue growth for both the company and its customers
路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Manage the end-to-end Digital Supply Chain ensuring services can be delivered cost effectively to maximize returns
路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Develop and maintain relationships across the Advertising, Content Services and Media/Entertainment industries聽
路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Identify new opportunities or technologies which help to innovate and evolve the product line
路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Provide management level guidance in support of all strategic and operational aspects of the product line
路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Oversee and monitor the product life cycle
路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Interface with customers in support of Sales and Customer Management
路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Establish timelines and resources needed to achieve product line goals and commitments
路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Closely coordinate with other product line leadership to ensure a unified, global product vision
路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Bachelor鈥檚 Degree or equivalent experience in a related field
路聽聽聽聽聽聽 12+ years of experience working in similar role
路聽聽聽聽聽聽 9+ years of experience working in a Management role
路聽聽聽聽聽聽 5-7+ years of experience establishing, maintaining and fully owning department budget
路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Demonstrated leadership capabilities and performance
路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Ability to effectively collaborate with diverse groups of people
路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Aviation experience advantageous, but not required
The starting pay range for this position is $196,000 - 221,000 per year however, the base pay offered may vary depending on the level of the position, skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and location.
