Job Description:

The Marketing Presales Specialist plays a critical role in driving sales growth by proactively leading presales initiatives. This position focuses onĀ qualifying digital marketing generated leadsĀ and targeted accounts to ensure high-quality opportunities for the sales team. The specialist will build rapport with potential and existing customers, assess lead readiness, and collaborate closely with territory sales representatives to advance opportunities through the pipeline. This role requires a candidate with a history of continuous improvement and the ability to use critical thinking skills to evaluate the quality of a lead and grow the lead into an opportunity.

RESPONSIBILITIES:Ā 

  • Evaluate and qualify inbound leads generated through digital marketing campaigns for dental implants and digital dentistry solutions, ensuring alignment with target customer profiles and readiness for sales engagement.Ā 

  • Initiate prospecting actions including discovery calls, opportunity creation, drafting quotes or proposals, and supporting renewals.Ā 

  • Make outbound calls and send follow-up emails to schedule product and software demos for qualified prospects.Ā 

  • Contact andĀ qualifyĀ leads in CRM, convert them intoĀ opportunities, and document all activities accurately throughout the sales funnel.Ā 

  • UseĀ ShowpadĀ and other sales enablement tools to nurture leads that are notĀ immediatelyĀ ready toĀ purchase, ensuring ongoing engagement.Ā 

  • Maintain regular communication with Territory Sales Managers, providing daily updates onĀ opportunities created and progress within the pipeline.Ā 

  • Track lead qualification metrics, demo conversion rates, and campaign performance; provide actionable feedback to marketing teams to improve lead quality and campaign effectiveness.Ā 

  • Develop in-depth knowledge of NobelĀ Biocare’sĀ dental implant systems, digital dentistry workflows, capital equipment solutions, andĀ regen and prosthetic product portfoliosĀ to confidently answer technical questions.Ā 

  • UnderstandĀ competitiveĀ advantages of Nobel Biocare solutions and support sales teams throughout the buyer’s journey with relevant insights.Ā 

  • Make sound decisions under pressure, adapt to changing priorities, andĀ maintainĀ flexibility in a dynamic work environment.Ā 

  • Quickly learn and understand technical concepts related to dental implant planning software, scanners, and digital workflows.Ā 

  • Provide ad hoc and recurring reports on lead status, conversion metrics, and presales activities.Ā 

  • Perform related projects and tasks as directed to support presales and marketing initiatives.Ā 

Job Requirements:

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE  

  • Bachelor's degree requiredĀ 

  • 3+ years’ experienceĀ in presales, lead qualification, or inside sales; 1+ yearĀ in the dental or medical device industryĀ is a plus

  • Familiarity with CRM and digital marketing lead funnelsĀ 

  • Highly organized, proactive, andĀ results-driven.Ā 

  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office   

  • Must work standard business operating hours and be flexible across time zone needs. This position requires someone in office 4 days per week (Brea, CA)

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are needed to communicate with prospects, customers, dealers, technicians,Ā salesĀ and marketing teams.

  • Superior time management skills are essential to meet goal expectations with excellence in accuracy and attention to detail.

Actual compensation packages take into account a wide range of factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to geographic location; skill sets; relevant education and certifications; depth of experience; performance; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed reasonable estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. Ā At Envista, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The total compensation package for this position may also include an annual performance bonus, medical/dental/vision benefits, 401K match, and/or other applicable compensation plans.
