Team Lead Duties:
- Oversee daily operations and ensure efficient workflow.
- Train and mentor new employees, fostering a collaborative team environment.
- Confidently educate, recommend, and up sale memberships
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive experience for every customer.
- Act as a key holder, responsible for opening and closing the facility.
Requirements:
- Ability to lead and work effectively in a team environment.
- Valid driver's license is required.
- Customer service experience is preferred.
- Basic technology skills (familiarity with service tools and equipment).
- Strong interpersonal skills for customer interactions.
- Reliable transportation is necessary.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
