Sales Associate & Soccer Coach
KidsUnited | Chandler, AZ
KidsUnited helps children ages 18 months to 9 years build confidence, coordination, and character through fun, age-appropriate soccer programs.
We’re seeking an energetic Sales Associate & Soccer Coach with soccer experience who enjoys working with children and connecting with families. This position is primarily focused on membership sales and customer service, with opportunities to coach and support classes.
Responsibilities
- Convert leads into memberships through calls, tours, and follow-up
- Meet monthly membership and sales goals
- Help families select the right program for their child
- Lead or assist with fun, age-appropriate soccer classes
- Create a safe, positive, and encouraging environment
- Welcome members, process payments, and provide excellent service
- Maintain accurate records and communications in our CRM
- Support community outreach, events, and local partnerships
Qualifications
- Soccer playing or coaching experience is strongly preferred
- Sales, customer service, or membership experience is preferred
- Comfortable working with young children and families
- Friendly, confident, organized, and goal-oriented
- Strong in-person and phone communication skills
- Available to work evenings and weekends as needed
- Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
