Often the first point of contact for our guests, the Front Desk Agent must first and foremost provide excellent, friendly service to our guests. The Agent is responsible for preparing check-in packets; checking in and checking out guests; answering questions and addressing concerns; and handling transactions at the front desk. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working with a team in a fast-paced and often stressful environment while maintaining a friendly disposition throughout. Housing may be available on a first-come, first-served basis based on position.
