St. Francis Nursing Home is an 80-bed skilled nursing facility attached to CHI St. Francis Health acute hospital and Primary Care and Walk-in Clinic providing quality nursing care to residents in and around Breckenridge, MN. Job Summary and Responsibilities

As our Registered Nurse at CHI St. Francis Health, you’ll excel in your nursing career by providing long-term care (LTC) services to the residents of our facility.

 

Every day you will have the opportunity to build on your education and experience in a skilled nursing setting while being part of an interdisciplinary team that administers individualized, comprehensive care to residents.

  • Administers prescribed medications and treatments.
  • Reviews and evaluates resident’s care and adjusts as needed. 
  • Administered, conducts, directs and supervises resident related care and activities on assigned unit.
  • Direct supervision of LPNs, TMAs and CNAs on scheduled shift.
  • Completes all required assessments and documentation in a timely manner.

 

We are offering a $30,000 Sign-On Bonus to new hires who meet the eligibility requirements.

Job Requirements

Required

 

  • Registered Nurse degree from a recognized college or university
  • Active Minnesota license in good standing
  • BLS
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to handle engage others and handle conflicts resulting in positive outcome
  • Strong leadership skills
