Job Description:

• Financial Reporting: Preparing internal and external financial statements, forecasts, and reports (e.g., GAAP-compliant).
• Accounting Operations: Managing daily accounting, general ledger, bank reconciliations, accounts payable/receivable, and payroll.
• Budgeting & Forecasting: Leading the budgeting process, monitoring performance, and advising on financial projections.
• Compliance & Controls: Ensuring tax compliance, implementing internal controls, and managing audits.
• Team Leadership: Hiring, training, and supervising accounting staff.
• Strategic Support: Providing financial analysis and insights to help executive leadership make informed decisions.
