• $17 per hour

  Monday-Thursday 11am-9pm

  Friday-Saturday 11am-10pm

Full service restaurant and bar. Opens at 11 am for lunch and dinner. No breakfast. Made from scratch kitchen. Now hiring, Line Cook position open to work 2 pm to close, no late hours, 5 shifts per week available with benefits available. Will start immediately. Line cooks require excellent knife skills, precise cooking and food preparation, ability to follow recipes, knowledge of food safety, and proficiency with kitchen equipment, and soft skills, like strong communication, teamwork, organizational ability, speed, stamina, and attention to detail to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure kitchen environment.

Line Cook Qualifications/Skills:

• Basic written and verbal communication skills
• Organizational skills
• Accuracy and speed in executing tasks
• Ability to work as a team member
• Follows directions and instructions
• Cooks food items by grilling, frying, sautéing, and other cooking methods to specified recipes and standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and complies with food sanitation requirements by properly handling food and ensuring correct storage.
• Cleans and sanitizes cooking surfaces at the end of the shift.

Education and Experience Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED
• One to two years of experience as a line cook, restaurant cook, or prep cook preferred but not mandatory
• Experience with various cooking methods and procedures
• Familiar with industry best practices

Applicants with high volume or casual dining line cook experience preferred. Grill experience a plus but not required. Must be a team player.
