Proven talk tracks and sales training with a clear, repeatable process

What you'll be doing
This is a field-based, active role where you’ll spend your days meeting people, solving problems, and building relationships. You will:

Meet homeowners in your territory and start real, professional conversations
Inspect roofs and properties safely and professionally (we train you)
Explain findings clearly and honestly
Work with insurance adjusters when appropriate
Earn signed work authorizations through trust, not pressure
Follow up consistently and professionally with homeowners
Build a personal referral network over time
Use simple CRM tools to stay organized and effective

You’ll work independently, but never without support.
