Senior Marketing Coordinator

The Senior Marketing Coordinator is a key member of the Business Development & Marketing team, supporting pursuit strategy, brand initiatives, and client-facing marketing efforts across the organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Independently manage qualifications, proposals, interview presentations, and other pursuit-related deliverables from kickoff through submission.
  • Coordinate proposal strategy, schedules, content development, compliance, reviews, production, and final delivery.
  • Develop compelling written and visual content that effectively communicates the company's experience and differentiators.
  • Collaborate with business development, operations, and executive leadership to support winning pursuits and client presentations.
  • Maintain and enhance proposal resources, marketing templates, resumes, project profiles, and content libraries.
  • Develop marketing collateral, award submissions, website content, social media, and other brand initiatives.
  • Identify opportunities to improve marketing processes, proposal quality, and team efficiency.
  • Serve as a resource and mentor to less experienced marketing team members.
  • Support special projects and strategic marketing initiatives as needed.

  • Strong business writing, editing, and proofreading abilities.
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization.
  • Creative problem-solving skills and exceptional attention to detail.

Do you have what it takes?

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, Business, or a related field, or equivalent industry experience.
  • 3–7 years of marketing, proposal, or business development experience, preferably within the construction, architecture, engineering, or related professional services industry.
  • Experience managing proposals, qualifications, interview presentations, and marketing collateral.
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign) and Microsoft Office.
  • Experience with SharePoint, Unanet, CRM platforms, or similar marketing technologies is preferred.
