Requirements

• Cleaning common areas, hallways, lobbies, lounges, restrooms, kitchens, corridors, elevators, stairways and other work areas.
• Clean windows, glass or mirrors, sweeping floors, mopping areas to ensure cleanliness per company standards. 
• Empty and clean trash receptacles and collect recycling.
• Report any safety, sanitary or fire hazards to the appropriate department.
• Ensure areas are clean and orderly.
• This position requires a background screening. 
• Must be willing to work weekends and holidays.
