Bar Back - Dockside Restaurant

Description

Breezy Point Resort is looking to hire a Part-time Bar-back to work in our Dockside Restaurant. Breezy Point Resort strives to give each and every guest an unforgettable experience and we need you to help achieve that!  Key duties include stocking ice, glassware, and spirits, keeping the bar area clean, and assisting bartenders to ensure fast, great service for every guest. Similar experience is a huge plus!

Requirements

• Inspect the bar prior to opening to ensure that adequate supplies are available.
• Slice and prepare garnishes.
• Maintains Bar cleanliness.
• Follow all rotation procedures to ensure freshness and quality.
• Assist with all reasonable bartender duties as required.
• Adheres to basic hygiene procedures and grooming standards.
• Follows all health and safety regulations.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the front and back of house areas including: bar areas, etc. 
• Stock station and completes all delegated side work.
• We perform background screening for this position.
• Must have great customer service skills
• Maintains good energy levels for fast paced environment.
• Position requires walking, standing, bending and reaching for long periods in hot and cold conditions.
• Requires the ability to lift approximately 50 lbs.
