The Mobile Device Specialist provides customer service for our Government Client with cell phone and smartphone inventory and solves technical problems on mobile devices.
Essential functions:
- Manage the mobile device program, including: maintaining a cell phone inventory, and providing printer consumable ordering information based on inventory and usage metrics. Essential job skills are technical abilities, smart phone support, troubleshooting & repair on iPhones and flip phones. Â Diagnose problems and make minor repair of mobile devices, computers, and other IT equipment. Provide monthly reports on inventory and usage metrics. Â
- Inventory management receiving shipments, restocking, and able to lift 50 lbs.Â
- Maintain records of all activities and processes pertaining to the mobile device inventory with a high level of accuracy. Â Subcontractor is not excluded from providing labor in support of other Task Areas as required, if it is deemed to be in the best interests of the Program.
