About the Opportunity

We are seeking motivated, customer-focused individuals who enjoy helping others bring their travel plans to life while working in a flexible remote environment. As a Remote Travel Coordinator, you will assist clients in exploring vacation ideas, evaluating travel options, and managing the details required to turn their plans into confirmed reservations.

This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy working directly with people, handling detail-oriented tasks, and researching destinations and travel experiences. From relaxing vacations and cruises to family trips and international travel, you will play a key role in supporting clients throughout the planning journey while building experience in the travel space.

No prior industry experience is required. Complete training, guidance, and ongoing support are provided.

What You'll Do

Communicate with clients to understand their travel needs, preferences, and budget
Research destinations, accommodations, cruises, and vacation experiences
Present travel options that align with client expectations
Help coordinate trip details including transportation, lodging, tours, and activities
Respond to client questions and provide planning assistance throughout the process
Work with travel suppliers to arrange bookings and confirm reservations
Maintain accurate and organized travel records and itineraries
Support clients from initial inquiry through final booking completion
Stay informed on travel updates, promotions, and destination information

What We're Looking For

Interest in travel, customer support, hospitality, or service-based roles
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to stay organized and manage multiple tasks at once
Comfortable working independently in a remote setting
Basic computer skills and ability to navigate online platforms
Positive attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn
Must be at least 18 years old
Must reside in the United States, United Kingdom, Mexico, Spain, Australia, or another approved region
