Every rose begins with a single cutting.

Join the team at Antique Rose Emporium and help grow the own-root roses that will bring beauty to gardens across the country. We're looking for dependable, detail-oriented individuals to join our Seasonal Rose Propagation Team during our fall propagation season.

No previous propagation experience is required—we'll teach you everything you need to know.

Position Details

• Seasonal employment (Late September–Mid November)
• Approximately 4–8 weeks
• 20–40 hours per week
• Consistent weekday schedule required
• Choose one or both shifts:
  • Morning: 8:00 a.m.–12:00 p.m.
  • Afternoon: 12:30 p.m.–4:30 p.m.
• Hourly pay based on experience
• Weekly Team Production Bonus Eligible
• Opportunity for returning seasonal employment

What You'll Do

• Prepare and trim rose cuttings
• Stick cuttings into propagation trays
• Help grow thousands of future rose plants
• Maintain clean and organized workstations
• Work with a supportive production team
