Job DetailsJob Location: PENSACOLA TERMINAL - Pensacola , FL 32503Promote Safe Operations to both office staff and driver force. 路 On-call 24/7 for Terminal/Dispatch support. 路 Scheduling both drivers & office staff (days, nights, wknds, holidays). 路 Daily monitoring of dispatch function, fill in as Dispatcher when needed. 路 Management of office staff members and drivers. 路 Overseeing maintenance of inventory levels for several large accounts 路 Assignment of equipment to driver force. 路 Direct communication with customers regarding dispatch service. 路 Responsible for Customer Care Program and compliance. 路 Investigation of Customer Cargo Loss/Damage claims. 路 Working closely with the Terminal Manager regarding budgetary goals. 路 Maintaining budgeted Driver vs. Truck ratio. 路 Training of new dispatchers. 路 Ensure proper communications between dispatchers and shift changes. 路 Other duties as assigned. 路 ATM position is expected to train for 6 mos and willing to relocate as a Terminal Manager within one of our network locations. QualificationsMinimum 1-3 years of management experience required 路 Minimum 2 years transportation and/or fuel experience required 路 2 year college degree preferred, but not required
