Job DetailsJob Location: Brentwood, Tennessee - Brentwood, TN 37027Currey Ingram Academy is seeking a dedicated and skilled Academic Interventionist to join our Center for OutReach Education (CORE) with an immediate start. This position supports students with learning differences in grades K–8 through individualized, one-on-one academic instruction. The Academic Interventionist will provide targeted support across all academic areas, using assessment data to design, implement, and monitor personalized learning plans that address each student’s unique strengths and needs. This role requires close collaboration with families to ensure consistent communication regarding student progress and growth. Key Responsibilities: Provide individualized, one-on-one academic instruction across subject areas for students in grades K–8 Administer formal and informal assessments to identify learning needs Analyze assessment data to develop and execute customized intervention plans Monitor student progress and adjust instruction as needed Maintain regular, clear communication with families regarding student progress Collaborate with CORE staff to support student success If you are interested in this position, please apply on our website: https://www.curreyingram.org/about/careers   Qualifications A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in special education, elementary education, or a related field is required.  Preference will be given to candidates with experience teaching students with dyslexia and other learning differences.
