We are a leading national integrator of commercial A/V/L design, products, and services to Churches, Performance and Sports Venues, and Broadcast facilities, and we are looking for a driven, detail-oriented Integration Project Coordinator to join our growing team. This role reports directly to the Director of Integration Operations, while working with the project management team.

Here's what winning looks like in this role:

• Support Project Managers with day-to-day coordination of installation, programming, and commissioning activities across multiple projects.

• Assist in scheduling internal team members and contractors and help track task assignments and timelines.

• Help maintain visibility into project workflow using departmental resources and project management software.

• Coordinate with Procurement to ensure materials, supplies, and services arrive on schedule.

• Track and organize project documentation, change orders, and client communications.

• Communicate proactively across sales, engineering, and installation teams to keep projects moving.

• Help monitor construction schedules and coordinate task scheduling with other trades.

• Assist with site visits to help ensure plans and standards are being met.

• Support Project Managers in resolving scope, design, or scheduling issues as they arise.

• Learn to manage project financial reporting and cost tracking under the guidance of the Director of Integration Operations and Project Managers.

• Build relationships with client representatives, related trades, and internal stakeholders as you grow into a client-facing role.


A Path to Project Management:

As you develop your skills in scheduling, budgeting, procurement coordination, and client relations, you'll take on increasing responsibility, working with the project manager and integration team. 


Required Skills and Experience:

• 1-2 years of experience in project coordination, administration, or the A/V/L industry (installation experience a plus but not required).

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.

• Interest in pursuing AVIXA CTS certification (or willingness to obtain within the first year).

• Comfortable learning new technologies, software programs, and procedures quickly.

• Responsible, self-motivated, personable, and highly organized.

• Strong customer service skills for both internal and external stakeholders.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Attention to detail and reliable follow-up.

• Fluent in Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams).

• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret business communications, schedules, and basic contract terms.

• Willingness to travel occasionally to project sites, trade shows, and training locations as needed.

• Valid and current driver's license.

• Physical ability to occasionally visit warehouse and job site environments, and to sit at a desk for extended periods.


Education

• Two- or four-year college degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
