Job Description
Summary
Seeking a highly organized and client-focused Client Relationship Manager to support its financial advisory practice in Brentwood, Tennessee. This position serves as an important connection between clients and financial advisors, providing high-quality relationship management, administrative support, account servicing, and financial planning coordination.The ideal candidate brings 2–4 years of client service or administrative experience within financial services and understands the importance of accuracy, responsiveness, confidentiality, and proactive follow-through when supporting wealth management clients. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career in financial services, with potential advancement toward either Operations/Administrative Management or a Paraplanner and Financial Planner/Advisor career track.

What You’ll Do
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for clients and provide responsive, professional service.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients while supporting their ongoing financial needs.
  • Support financial advisors with daily client service and administrative responsibilities.
  • Assist with opening new investment and financial accounts.
  • Process account maintenance requests and other client service transactions.
  • Coordinate client paperwork and ensure documentation is complete and accurate.
  • Assist with investment-related account activities and financial planning processes.
  • Prepare materials and information for client meetings.
  • Schedule and coordinate client appointments and advisor calendars.
  • Follow up on outstanding client requests, paperwork, and action items.
  • Maintain accurate client information and activity within CRM and internal systems.
  • Support advisors with the preparation and maintenance of financial plans.
  • Maintain organized and compliant client records.
  • Communicate with clients regarding account documentation, service requests, and meeting preparation.
  • Coordinate with internal and external partners to resolve account or service issues.
  • Handle confidential financial and personal information with discretion.
  • Manage multiple priorities while maintaining strong accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Support additional administrative and operational responsibilities as needed.

Experience You’ll Need
  • 2–4 years of administrative and/or client service experience within the financial services industry.
  • Experience working in a financial planning, wealth management, financial advisory, financial consulting, investment, or insurance environment strongly preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Strong client service and relationship-management skills.
  • Experience supporting financial advisors or other financial professionals preferred.
  • Ability to manage client documentation and account-service requests accurately.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential financial information professionally.
  • Ability to independently prioritize multiple responsibilities and deadlines.
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce CRM or similar client relationship management software.
