Brookdale Senior Living is hiring an Executive Director for our Delaware communities. You will oversee daily operations, employee relations, financial performance, and regulatory compliance, ensuring a compassionate, high-quality environment for seniors. Requirements
Licensure: Must have a Valid Delaware Assisted Living Administrator license.
Experience: Minimum of two years in Senior Living operational leadership.
Education: High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred.

Base pay in range will be determined by applicant’s skills and experience. Temporary associates are not benefits eligible but may participate in the company’s 401(k) program.
