What We Need
Corpay is currently looking to hire an Inside Sales Manager within Lodging division in Brentwood, TN. In this role, you will lead a team of (8) Inside Sales Representatives hiring, training, and coaching the team to excel. You’ll be implementing high-velocity sales strategies, focusing on demand generation and operational excellence. You’ll report directly to the EVP of Inside Sales and regularly collaborate with both our SDR and Lodging Field Sales divisions.

 

How We Work

  • As an Inside Sales Manager, you will be expected to work in a hybrid environment. Corpay will set you up for success by providing:
  • Assigned workspace in Brentwood office 3-4 days per week (Monday-Thurs)
  • Company-issued equipment
  • Formal, hands-on training / virtual training

 

Role Responsibilities

  • Managing and motivating a team of AEs to achieve sales quotas.
  • Recruiting, hiring, and onboarding top sales talent.
  • Providing ongoing coaching and development to improve performance.
  • Implementing effective sales strategies to drive growth.
  • Developing and executing comprehensive demand generation plans.
  • Identifying and targeting high-potential leads.
  • Utilizing data and analytics to optimize sales efforts
  • Tracking and analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success.
  • Implementing continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency.
  • Ensuring compliance with sales processes and procedures.

 

Qualifications & Skills

  • Minimum 2+ years of sales management experience
  • Passionate about people development: You thrive in an active coaching role, fostering individual growth within your team.
  • Motivational leader: You cultivate a fun, competitive sales culture focused on achieving results through well-trained professionals.
  • Proven training & development skills: You have a natural inclination and experience in designing and implementing effective sales training programs.
  • Performance-driven manager: You excel at managing performance, recognizing achievements, and providing targeted coaching to address challenges.
  • Continuous learner: You possess intellectual curiosity, seeking root causes for issues and exploring new prospecting/pipeline building strategies.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
  • Proficient in Salesforce.com (or similar CRM): You have experience using a CRM and can effectively train others on how to leverage its functionalities.
