- LPN = $32.00/hr base pay
- 2nd shift differential = $0.75/hr
- Overnight shift (7p-7a) premium = base pay + $4.00/hr

Job Responsibilities:
- Supervises direct care of senior resident and nursing personnel on assigned shift
- Manages accurate and timely administration of medications, treatments, documentation, and emergency calls.
- Provides direct care as necessary and completes nursing rounds
Qualifications:
- Active, unrestricted LPN license in Tennessee required
- At least 6 months’ experience working in long-term care setting preferred
- Able to provide emotional, physical, and psychological support to senior residents
- Ability to work as part of a team and to handle multiple tasks safely and effectively
- Excellent communication skills, including the ability to communicate sensitive information with empathy
- Ability to work effectively with frequent interruptions and attention to detail
