  • Intune Physical Therapy: A physical therapy brand currently being built from the ground up. 

 

About the Role: 

We’re seeking a highly organized Marketing Associate to join our Intune Physical Therapy team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for individual marketing deliverables while also serving as the marketing project manager that ensures our marketing efforts are cohesive, effective, and on time. From overseeing projects and meeting deadlines to creating engaging content, assisting in strategic decision-making and engaging in local events and activities, you’ll directly contribute to the success of our marketing initiatives. What You’ll Do: 

  • Oversee day-to-day project management for digital and traditional marketing campaigns. This includes contributing to digital strategy work both in paid and organic channels. 
  • Ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables are organized for the corporate brand as well as the local clinic brands. 
  • Help manage the field marketing CRM and draw conclusions and insights from the data.  
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to assist in the development and execution of impactful campaigns as well as individual tactical marketing deliverables.  
  • Plan and collaborate on local marketing activities, working closely with field leadership teams to ensure success. 
  • Help support website SEO and Generative Search Authority improvements.  
  • Identify opportunities to improve workflows, drive automation, and handle increasing workloads as the company grows. 
  • Plan and schedule social media posts, contribute creative content ideas, and support digital initiatives. 
  • Help plan and manage brand architecture and brand transition work.  
  • Maintain strong partnerships with field-level marketing teams and collaborate often to get the best outcomes.  
  • Bring fresh ideas to the table to help our brand connect with their audiences effectively. 

 

Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred  
  • 1-3 years of marketing experience in contributing to and executing campaigns, managing or working in digital channels, and coordinating marketing activities to drive brand success. 
  • Highly organized with strong project management instincts; experience with project tracking tools is a plus.   
  • Experience working in a variety of industries and with multiple different internal teams and leaders.   
  • Capable of thriving in a team environment and working with others to achieve shared goals. 
  • Ability to bring innovative ideas and solutions to solve challenges and problems that arise. 
  • Experience in taking ownership of tasks to drive results.  
  • Value the energy and creativity of working closely with colleagues in a collaborative, in-office environment to produce outstanding results.
