Master Electronics, a global leader in electronic component distribution, is looking for a dynamic Sales Support Specialist to join our team in Ronkonkoma, NY.

Pay Range: $20.00 - $22.00 hourly


What you will do?

  • Support sales operations and office workflows to help the team move quickly and serve customers effectively
  • Use Microsoft Office, with strong Excel capability, to improve efficiency, organize information, and streamline day-to-day processes
  • Deliver accurate, detail-oriented work with consistent follow-through to keep tasks and priorities on track
  • Respond effectively in fast-paced, time-sensitive situations while maintaining a strong focus on customer satisfaction
  • Solve problems creatively using sound business judgment to support team goals and operational needs
  • Communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing, with internal teams and external partners
  • Manage multiple priorities at once while maintaining professionalism, organization, and quality
  • Build strong cross-functional partnerships across departments and levels to support business success

 


What you bring to the table!

  • High school diploma or equivalent required, plus an associate degree or 2+ years of relevant office or sales support experience preferred
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel, with excellent attention to detail and task management
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment while staying organized and adaptable
