Celebrations Speech Group is seeking a full-time Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our pediatric therapy team. This is an in-person, traveling position supporting our clinic locations in Brentwood, Stockton, and Elk Grove, CA.
This role is ideal for a compassionate, organized, and motivated COTA who enjoys working with children and families in a collaborative clinical environment. The COTA will provide occupational therapy services under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist and will support pediatric clients across multiple clinic settings.

About the Role
The Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant will provide direct therapy services to pediatric clients under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist. This position requires strong communication, organization, documentation, time management, and the ability to travel between assigned clinic locations.
The ideal candidate is dependable, patient-centered, collaborative, and comfortable supporting a varied pediatric caseload.
Responsibilities Include
- Implement occupational therapy treatment plans under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist.
- Provide direct therapy services to pediatric clients in clinic-based settings.
- Travel between assigned clinic locations in Brentwood, Stockton, and Elk Grove based on business and patient care needs.
- Document treatment sessions, therapeutic interventions, client progress, and related service notes accurately and timely.
- Assist with progress updates, treatment plan implementation, and clinical documentation.
- Collaborate with supervising OTs, families, clinical team members, and support staff to promote client progress.
- Assist with evaluation-related tasks and documentation as directed by the supervising Occupational Therapist.
- Maintain organized and accurate records in accordance with company policy.
- Follow HIPAA requirements, company procedures, and applicable clinical standards.
- Participate in required meetings, trainings, and supervision as needed.
- Perform other related duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications
- Current and valid California Occupational Therapy Assistant license, or eligibility for licensure through the California Board of Occupational Therapy.
- Pediatric experience preferred, but not required.
- Ability to reliably travel between Brentwood, Stockton, and Elk Grove clinic locations.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to build positive rapport with clients, families, and team members.
- Strong organization, time management, and follow-through.
- Positive, professional, and collaborative demeanor.
- Commitment to ethical, high-quality, and client-centered care.
- Ability to work independently while following supervision requirements and company procedures.
