Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Preschool Teacher to join our team.  The ideal candidate will have a strong background in childhood development, behavioral management, and curriculum development, with at least 12 ECE Units and 1 year of teaching in a licensed preschool. Desire to work with 2 to 5 year olds required.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide a safe and supportive learning environment for all students
  • Monitor and assess students progress to ensure developmental milestones are met
  • Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's progress and any concerns 
  • Utilize effective behavior management techniques to encourage positive behavior in the classroom
  • Collaborate with other teachers and staff to enhance the overall educational experience
Skills
  • Strong communication skills to interact effectively with young children, parents and colleagues
  • Ability to educate and engage preschool-aged children in various subjects including math, language arts, and social studies
  • Experience working with preschool-aged children in a classroom setting
  • Willingness to work with 2 to 5 year olds
