Our pharmacy team partners closely with interdisciplinary clinical leaders to ensure safe, effective, and patient-centered medication management. How you’ll contribute

A Pharmacist, PRN who excels in this role will:

  • Coordinate and provide comprehensive pharmaceutical care to patients
  • Manage drug therapy protocols as part of an interdisciplinary healthcare team
  • Review, interpret, and evaluate medication orders to identify, prevent, and resolve actual or potential drug-related problems
  • Provide drug information and medication education to medical staff, healthcare professionals, patients, and pharmacy students
  • Document clinical interventions and outcomes to support medication safety and quality improvement initiatives
  • Evaluate medication orders for accuracy and completeness prior to order entry
  • Verify accuracy of medications prepared by pharmacy technicians
