What You’ll Do 

We’re looking for a detail-oriented, customer-focused professional to join our Inside Customer Service and Order Management team for our upcoming busy season. If you thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and enjoy ensuring customers receive outstanding service, this role is for you. 

Key Responsibilities:

- Accurately process new orders and reorders for business clients.

- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone and email.

- Coordinate sample requests and follow up to convert them into orders.

- Assist customers in selecting the best products and services for their needs.

- Guide orders through the approval process into production, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

Who We’re Looking For

Requirements

- Strong attention to detail with excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Proficient in order entry systems and comfortable using computer applications.

- Experience in print production or retail technology is a plus but not required.

- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
