You must live within about a 30 minute drive of Fresno - Clovis, Fresno, Sanger, Madera, Kerman, Selma. Out-of-area and out-of-state applications are declined without a reply. We train in person at our Fresno office, then you work the phone.
THE MONEY, PLAINLY
- 20 dollars per hour base, paid weekly
- Plus 10 percent of everything you sell on the phone
- Realistic range for someone who works it: 1,000 to 5,000 dollars a week
- No cap. Six figures is genuinely on the table here, and the only person deciding that is you
- Paid weekly - you are not waiting 45 days on an escrow that may never fund

THE DAY
- Work the new leads that came in overnight - call them while they are hot
- Follow up on open quotes: the money is in the second, third and fourth call
- Handle price objections and get the customer to yes
- Close, collect the deposit, hand the job to production cleanly
- Keep the CRM honest so nothing falls through
SCHEDULE
Part time on a school-hours block, roughly 10am to 2pm, or full time if you want the bigger number. You pick when you apply.
