Position Summary

The Physical Therapist evaluates, plans, and implements individualized treatment programs for patients with musculoskeletal, neurological, balance, and vestibular conditions. This role requires strong clinical reasoning, hands-on treatment skills, and a commitment to delivering exceptional patient outcomes.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and interpret assessment findings

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans

• Provide hands-on, evidence-based therapeutic interventions

• Educate patients on injury prevention, ergonomics, and wellness strategies

• Accurately document patient progress and outcomes

• Maintain compliance with state practice acts and clinic policies

Qualifications

• Current Physical Therapist (PT) license in North Carolina (or eligible)

• Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited Physical Therapy program

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Team-oriented mindset with a patient-first approach

• Full-Time

• Monday–Friday (No weekends)
