We are seeking an Enhancements Crew Leader to oversee and coordinate landscaping enhancement projects. The Crew Leader will be responsible for leading a team, ensuring work is completed efficiently, and maintaining a high level of quality and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
Lead a team of landscapers to execute enhancement projects according to specifications.
Coordinate with clients as needed to understand project requirements and provide recommendations.
Ensure all work is completed on time, within budget, and meets quality standards.
Train and mentor team members to improve their skills and efficiency.
Maintain equipment and tools in good working condition.
Implement safety practices and procedures on job sites.
Qualifications
Proven experience in landscaping or a related field.
Previous experience in a leadership role is preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to interpret project plans and specifications.
Knowledge of various plants, trees, and landscaping techniques.
Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
Physical stamina to work outdoors in various weather conditions
