About the Role

At Family Health Centers, we believe that high-quality, dignified healthcare is a fundamental right. As a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) nestled in the heart of North Central Washington, we serve a vibrant, diverse, and resilient rural community.

We are looking for a dedicated CNM to join our collaborative, full-scope OB/GYN team. Here, you won't just be managing a caseload—you will be a vital lifeline, empowering families and bringing equitable, evidence-based care to an underserved region.

In rural healthcare, your skills save lives. You will provide comprehensive full-scope midwifery care, including prenatal, intrapartum, postpartum, and gynecological care. You will work with patients who face significant barriers to healthcare, ensuring they receive the respectful, culturally competent, and high-quality care they deserve.

What You’ll Bring

• Credentials: Valid Certified Nurse Midwife (CNM) certification and Washington State RN/ARNP license (or eligibility to obtain).

• Heart for the Mission: A deep commitment to health equity, reproductive justice, and serving rural, vulnerable, or underinsured populations.

• Skills: Strong clinical judgment, excellent communication, and a passion for patient education. (Bilingual in Spanish is a huge plus!)

• Adaptability: Comfort working in a rural setting and collaborating closely with a tight-knit community healthcare team.
