  • The Mental Health Therapist (MHT) is responsible for providing person-centered outpatient mental health counseling within a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC).
  • Candidates should have a Master or Doctorate level degree in counseling, social work, or psychology, along with relevant experience in behavioral health, and must be licensed or a candidate for licensure within 6 months to 1 year of hire.
  • The MHT will conduct diagnostic assessments, develop treatment plans, and provide individual, family, and group counseling using evidence-based approaches.
  • The position requires collaboration with primary care teams and participation in multidisciplinary care coordination to support whole-person care.
  • The salary for this position is competitive and commensurate with experience.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

Job duties require knowledge and training in the field of behavioral and mental health, typically acquired through a formal Master's or Doctorate-level degree program in counseling, social work, or psychology.

ELIGIBILITY QUALIFICATIONS:

Licensed Independent Professional or Candidate to become licensed in their respective specialty field within 6 months to 1 year of hire date - according to all regulations in Washington State. (RCW 18.225 and WAC 246-809).
