We are seeking Landscape Maintenance employees to join our team! The ideal candidate will be responsible for the upkeep and maintenance of outdoor spaces, including mowing lawns, trimming shrubs, and operating leaf blowers and string trimmers.
This role requires attention to detail and a passion for creating and maintaining beautiful landscapes.
Must be willing to work outdoors in all weather conditions, as well as potentially irregular hours. Crew members are also expected to provide job site cleanup as part of daily activities.
Responsibilities:
Perform routine maintenance tasks such as mowing and edging lawns
Trim and prune trees, shrubs, and hedges to ensure a neat appearance.
Remove weeds and unwanted plants to maintain the health and appearance of landscapes.
Operate and maintain landscaping equipment and tools in a safe and efficient manner.
Follow safety guidelines and procedures to ensure a safe work environment.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in landscape maintenance or a related field.
Ability to operate landscaping equipment such as lawn mowers, trimmers, and blowers.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Physical stamina and the ability to work in various weather conditions.
Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
Ability to lift 50 lbs
