Requirements:
- Valid EDUCATOR and cosmetology license in New Jersey.
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in the beauty industry.
- Previous teaching or training experience is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for education and helping others succeed.
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet diverse learning styles.
- Proficient in using technology for teaching and presentations.
