- Operate, monitor, and adjust production equipment and process controls
- Perform start-ups, shutdowns, changeovers, and basic troubleshooting
- Complete sampling, batch records, logs, and required documentation
- Follow safety, environmental, quality, and operating procedures
- Maintain housekeeping standards and support equipment readiness
- Work collaboratively with production, maintenance, quality, and EHS teams
Participate in emergency response and required training activities

- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Strong mechanical aptitude required
- Chemical plant or manufacturing experience preferred
- Ability to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills
- Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement
