Healthcare United is seeking a Cardiac Electrophysiology Physician Assistant to join an established cardiology and electrophysiology program in Southern Connecticut.

This role is ideal for a PA with cardiology, electrophysiology, cardiac device, or cardiovascular medicine experience who is seeking a full-time specialty practice opportunity.

The incoming provider will work alongside electrophysiologists, cardiologists, APPs, and clinical staff to support patients with arrhythmias, rhythm disorders, cardiac devices, and ongoing cardiovascular care.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate and manage electrophysiology patients
  • Support care for arrhythmias and rhythm disorders
  • Assist with pacemaker, ICD, and cardiac device management as appropriate
  • Conduct follow-up visits and patient assessments
  • Collaborate with physicians and cardiology team members
  • Educate patients on cardiac conditions, treatment plans, and follow-up care
  • Maintain accurate EMR documentation
  • Support continuity of care within the cardiology service line


Requirements

  • Certified Physician Assistant
  • Active or eligible Connecticut PA license
  • Cardiology or cardiac electrophysiology experience preferred
  • Strong clinical assessment and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a collaborative specialty practice environment
