SUMMARY: Maintain an atmosphere of confidentiality 聽聽and professionalism when greeting patients and direct them to appropriate 聽聽department. Ensure smooth and expedient flow of patients within the health 聽聽center.聽

SPECIFIC DUTIES AND 聽聽RESPONSIBILITIES: All duties are subject to accommodation in 聽聽accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA)


路 Greet and interact with patients, visitors and guests in a 聽聽professional manner

路 Communicate effectively with clinical team including 聽聽providers, nursing, and other administrative staff

路 Responsible in receiving and signing for incoming delivery 聽聽packages

路 Collaborates with security staff to notify of arising 聽聽emergencies on premises

路 Resourceful in problem solving and conflict resolution


EXPERIENCE:

路 Strong customer service focus聽

路 Bi-lingual in English and Spanish (Required)

路 Effective verbal and written communication skills聽

路 Proficient skills in Data Entry, Microsoft Word, Outlook, 聽Excel聽

路 Proficient in working with Electronic Medical Management 聽systems (EPIC)

路 Exhibit teamwork orientation and able to display good judgment聽

路 Organized and able to manage competing priorities聽

路 Resourcefulness in problem solving and conflict 聽聽resolution聽
