Healthcare United is seeking an experienced Physician Assistant (PA) for an Integrated Care, 100% outpatient role in the Bridgeport area of Connecticut. This opportunity offers a collaborative, team-based setting focused on delivering high-quality, patient-centered care.


• Provide primary and integrated care services in an outpatient setting
• Conduct patient evaluations, physical exams, and clinical assessments
• Order and interpret labs, imaging, and diagnostic testing
• Develop and manage treatment plans in collaboration with supervising physicians
• Manage patient panels within a multidisciplinary care model
• Participate in team-based care coordination and case reviews
One evening per week and rotating Saturday coverage (9am–1pm)
• Participate in telephonic call rotation




Requirements

Licensed Physician Assistant (PA) in Connecticut
Minimum 2 years of experience required (3+ preferred) in primary care, family medicine, or integrated care
• Strong clinical and patient management skills
Bilingual Spanish preferred
• Commitment to team-based, community-focused care
