Healthcare United is seeking a Registered Nurse/Case Manager for a comprehensive home-based health care company committed to providing at-home services in the comfort of the clientÃ¢ÂÂs home. Locations in Stratford, Hamden, Norwalk, and Middletown. Full-Time/Part-Time - Flexible Hours - Choose 4/40 or 5 days!
