About The Position
Opportunity Details
A Level I Trauma hospital in Hartford, Connecticut, has an opening for a Trauma Surgeon to assist their team.
About the Opening:
- Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7a-4p, 3 weeknights per week, 4p-7a
- Saturday/Sunday call, 7a-7a
- Surgical Case Volume: 5 per day
- Annual ER Volume: 80,000
- Patient Ages: Primarily adult and geriatric, occasional child/adolescent
- Case Types: Adult and geriatric trauma, penetrating trauma, blunt trauma, chest tube insertion, cholecystectomy, appendectomy
- Trauma Designation: Level I
- OR Staff: Full compliment
- EMR: Epic
- Must be board-certified
- Paid travel & expenses
